As a Community Manager, you will be a full-time employee doing whatever it takes to grow the community of active users in your city. Working out of your home, you will lead Mazaydar's success in your city, and will be an integral member of a team of all-stars in the field.

• Marketing outreach: Connect with the right local organizations and get sponsorships for Mazaydar
• Be accountable with stellar communication to your peers and those who support you

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of technologies such as: PHP / Java / Ruby / Javascript / MySQL
• Interest in fields of local search, social networking, blogging and related technologies, recommendation systems, and data mining
• You know what AJAX means
• Problem solving skills and the ability to write efficient code that scales well
• Flexibility, we are a small startup but we move quickly
• Great communication skills
